ZSE Headquarters

The architectural concept for the new ZSE headquarters is based on clearly defined values. The building is based on principles of responsible and authentic sustainability. These principles were reflected in the whole approach to the site, which functions as an interconnected and adaptable urban organism.
The proposal draws on an effective organizational system and complements it with a superstructure of a mixed typology including social and recreational functions. We understand the new working environment as a space that extends into the exterior, and therefore it is set out in direct contact with the park. The conceptual design works with the genius loci, it is legible and its architectural expression is authentic without unnecessary ornament or cliché. Our solution offers electric diversity, creative adaptability and iconic functionality.
