Residential Complex Terasa II.

In the second phase of the project, we continue with the concept of courtyards as a semi-private controlled space where only residents have access. Every courtyard contains beside high-quality green areas, elements of a playground, a meeting table for neighboring activities and a space so-called „urban gardening“. Functionally, public spaces in this project can be divided into three categories: sport, children and relax. The sport is represented by the multifunctional playground in the western part of the area.
