Restaurant Akadémia

The Akadémia Restaurant is longitudinal space that consists of three spaces with different atmospheres. It is located in a burghers house, known for it gothic elements. This space has two expansions. The first one is a baroque enlargement by brick walls and a wooden ceiling. The second expansion is a contemporary one, bounded by painted walls and a concrete ceiling. Our intention was to showcase this space as much as possible in our project. The interior is connected by one brownish concrete floor and by uniform oak elements, as the base itself, which divides the original space from the newly cast floor. The main element of the space is the bar itself, wrapped with white tiles acts as the core of the brewery.
